Is this the same as the Interior Shampoo?
No. The Refresh cleans and conditions every surface. The Shampoo adds hot-water extraction for carpets and seats — that’s the full deep clean.
How long does it take?
About 1 hour 15 minutes for most cars. Heavy pet hair or extra-dirty interiors run longer, and we’ll tell you upfront.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes. The van carries both, so all we need is the car and a spot to park.
Can you get pet hair out?
Yes — light to moderate pet hair is part of the job. Heavily embedded hair can add time, and we’ll flag it before we start.
Do I need to be home?
No. As long as we can get into the car, you can go about your day. We’ll text you when it’s done.
How do I pay, and is there a deposit?
Card, cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay when the job is done. Larger services take a $100 deposit that comes off your total.
